Jordan & Molly Marks
Central Oregon’s construction and design team offering a full suite of services built around your vision. We’re proud to deliver high-quality craftsmanship across a wide range of projects—from creative Barndominium designs to the heavy lifting of site work and excavation. We have a deep passion for what we do, and we make sure every detail is handled to the highest standard.
Born and raised right here in Oregon. We’re family-oriented folks raising three kids and building our own small homestead on five acres. When we aren’t on a job site, you’ll usually find us out in the woods as avid hunters or exploring the backroads of the state we love.
Beyond the blueprints and the dirt work, we’re just two hardworking people building for folks who do the same. We know the value of a dollar and the importance of a handshake, so we make sure the process is as solid as the finished product. We want you to walk away not just loving the work, but feeling like you had a damn good time working with us—knowing the job was done right, for the right price, by people who actually care.
QUALIFICATIONS
Both graduates of Oregon State University, Molly holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Interior Design, while Jordan earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering Management.
Molly’s resume has a wide spectrum of design experience from custom furniture design, graphic design, new residential construction, and specializing in high-quality kitchen and bath remodels. Her diverse background provides a strong foundation in material selections, and excellent balance of quality + cost-effectiveness that ensures client satisfaction and exceptional results.
Jordan brings over 20 years of comprehensive construction experience, and his abilities span carpentry, fabrication, flatwork and structural concrete, and a strong aptitude for operating equipment and managing earthwork. His background includes successful project management of significant infrastructure projects, including highways and bridges. Jordan enjoys the process of taking a client's vision and developing practical solutions to get the job built and done right.
This unique combination of expertise allows us to seamlessly bridge the gap between design and construction, ensuring a streamlined and efficient project from concept to completion.
